3/4 cup onions (chopped)
2 teaspoons granulated garlic
2 medium potatoes (thinly sliced)
1/8 cup sugar
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

salt and pepper to taste

Slice the tenderloins into thin pieces. In a hot skillet add the 1/2 cup of olive oil. Put the onions, bell peppers, chicken pieces and the thin sliced potatoes into the hot oil.
