Makes about 2 cups
1 cup Beef Broth
1 stick butter
1/2 cup flour
2 cups milk
Melt the butter in a sauce pan. Add the milk. Mix the flour and beef broth, using a wisk. Stir in the flour and beef broth mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook over medium heat until gravy thickens. Add some sausage for great gravy over biscuits.
