Serves 6

Orville's Chicken Soup

1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
6 to 8 chicken tenderloins
2 32 oz boxes chicken stock
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 package frozen peas and carrots
12 ounces egg noodles
1 tbs granulated garlic
salt and pepper to taste

Place the olive oil, chopped onion, and chopped bell pepper in a large sauce pan and saute. Cut chicken into small bite size pieces and add to the pan. Cook chicken for about 5 minutes on medium heat. Now add the chicken stock and cream of chicken soup. Stir until soup is well blended. Now add the frozen vegetables. In another pot cook the egg noodles until tender. When vegetables are tender add the egg noodles and cook for another 10 minutes over medium heat. Serve with crackers or your favorite bread.
