A great topping for broccoli.

Makes about 1 cup of cheese sauce.

3/4 cup Velvetta cheese -- cut in 1/2" cubes
3 tablespoons sour cream
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon tarragon
salt and pepper -- to taste

Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan and cook over low heat until cheese is melted.

Alternate method is to put ingredients in a microwaveable dish and heat until cheese is melted.
