2 cups sugar
1 pint heavy cream -- (whipping cream)
1 can sweetened condensed milk -- (eagle brand)
1 can evaporated milk -- (carnation)
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 tablespoons imitation pineapple extract
1 teaspoon almond extract
2 cups crushed pineapple -- 20oz can
milk -- to make 3 qts total

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl except the milk. Mix well and pour into ice cream freezer. Add milk to make a total of 3 quarts (to the fill line in a 4 qt. mixer) of liquid.
