Hot Cocoa Mix

Makes about 6 cups of mix

3 cups powdered sugar
4 cups powdered milk
1 1/2 cups non dairy creamer
1 cup cocoa
1 tablespoon cinnamon

In a large mixing bowl mix all ingredients until well blended. Store in air tight containers. Heat 6 to 8 oz of milk in microwave or in a sauce pan. Add 1/4 cup of the hot cocoa mix and stir until all mix is dissolved. Serve with mini marshmallows on top. For a great taste add a tablespoon of my creamer mix to your cup of hot cocoa.
