Egg Salad

Serves 2

4 hard-boiled eggs -- shells removed
2 teaspoons mustard
1 tablespoon Miracle Whip
1/2 teaspoon tarragon
1 tablespoon green olives -- chopped
salt and pepper -- to taste

Finely chop the 4 boilded eggs and add to a mixing bowl. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for an hour if desired before serving. Serve on toasted sourdough buns.
