Recipe By Orville
Preparation Time 1:15

Serves 6

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups chicken broth
1 can Rotel Tomatoes
1 tablespoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
12 corn tortillas -- cut in pieces
3 cups cooked chicken -- bite size pieces
1/2 cup onions -- chopped
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
salt and pepper -- to taste

Combine soups, broth, and Rotel Tomatoes. Add all the seasonings and the cooked chicken pieces. Spray a 13 X 9 casserole dish with cooking spray. Add a thin layer of the soup mixture on the bottom of the dish. Now add a layer of tortillas and cover with half of the soup and chicken mixture, and half of the onions and the cheese. Add another layer of tortillas and cover with the remaining soup and chicken mixture, onions and cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 to 60 minutes. Cook with the dish covered.
