1 stick butter -- or 1/2 cup
4 tablespoons cocoa
6 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 bag confectioner's sugar -- 3 1/2 cups

Melt butter in sauce pan. Add cocoa and milk and blend well. Bring to a boil. Add chocolate mixture to sugar and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Apply to cake.
