Makes enough frosting for a 3 layer cake.

6 cups confectioner's sugar (powdered sugar)
1/2 cup butter (1 stick) -- softened
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3 squares baking chocolate or (1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon cocoa)
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 cup carnation milk

Melt the chocolate squares and the butter. Add 6 cups of confectioner's sugar into a mixer. Add the salt, cinnamon, vanilla, and the carnation milk. Mix until smooth. Add the melted butter and chocolate. Mix until frosting is light and fluffy.
