2 packages cream cheese -- softened (16 oz)
1 cup sugar
2 eggs -- beaten
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon vanilla

Mix all ingredients until batter is smooth. Pour into a 9" deep dish graham cracker or vanilla waffer crust. Bake at 350 degrees until center is set. Remove and place on cooling rack. Prepare topping if desired. Add 1/2 cup sugar to 1 can of cherry or strawberry pie filling. Add 1/2 teaspoon of almond extract. Stir until sugar is desolved in mixture. Top cooled cheese cake with the fruit topping.
