Serves 4

Serve as a soup or over baked potatoes.

3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
12 ounces Velvetta Cheese
4 ounces Cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cups milk
2 cups Broccoli -- cooked

In a sauce pan, over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the flour and mix well. Gradually add 1 cup of the milk. Add the rest of the seasonings. Cut the Velvetta and Cream cheese into small pieces and add to the pan. Cook until cheese is melted and well blended. Use a whisk to blend the cheese and milk. When soup is smooth add the rest of the milk and the broccoli. Cook for another 10 minutes stirring frequently to prevent burning.
