Preparation Time 1:20

2 2/3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
3 eggs
1/3 cup butter -- melted
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cups blueberries

In one bowl mix the flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder. In another bowl beat the eggs and then add the melted butter and milk. Combine the dry and liquid ingredients and mix by hand with a fork until blended. Do not over mix. Now fold in the blueberries. Place batter in muffin tins and bake in a 350 degree oven until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool a few minutes and then remove from muffin tin and place on cooling racks to cool completely.
